Foods to Reduce BPH

The foods and nutrients below can reduce BPH and its associated symptoms.

Eating these foods increases the natural production of the PKCzeta enzyme in your body:

i) High-fiber foods, such as whole grains, legumes, beans, and dark green leafy vegetables;

ii) Fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants, which are usually dark red, yellow or orange in color;

iii) Foods rich in zinc, such as eggs, most shellfish and nuts;

iv) Products containing phytoestrogens such as soyfoods, chickpeas, alfalfa and broad beans

Just by eating more of these foods, even if you don’t want to follow the eating plan you are about to learn, you will already start to see a reduction in the size of your prostate.
