CEREALS

CONSUME

Whole wheat flour, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, cerealwhole grains, porridge, brown rice, soy flour.

DO NOT CONSUME

White bread, refined white flour and its derivatives, white rice, sweet cookies and pasta.

FRUITS

CONSUME

All fruits, including avocado, pomegranate, melon, raspberry, apricot, dates, plums, grapes, papaya, orange, watermelon, mango, and sugar cane

DO NOT CONSUME

All canned and packaged fruits. Banana (can cause constipation in some men).

VEGETABLES

CONSUME

Brussels sprouts, broccoli, turnips, carrots, cabbage, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, peas, bell peppers, spinach, beets, tomato derivatives, potatoes, onions, ginger, and garlic.

DO NOT CONSUME

Crunchy snacks filled with cheese, coconut, frozen vegetables.

SPICE

CONSUME

Basil, mint, cumin, carmon, thyme, coriander, saffron and salt.

DO NOT CONSUME

Hot spices.

DRINKS

CONSUME

Vegetable soup, lemon water, soy milk, almond milk, tomato juice, orange juice, sugar cane juice, pineapple juice, pomegranate juice

DO NOT CONSUME

Carbonated drinks like Coca-Cola, Lime, Pepsi, Fanta, etc. Canned soup, canned fruit juices, caffeinated drinks, coffee, and alcohol.

MEAT FOOD

CONSUME

Lean meats, fish with edible bones such as salmon, tuna, shellfish, chicken soup.

DO NOT CONSUME

Fried or processed meats, shrimp, lobster, crab, pork, lamb, ham, turkey, egg yolks, bacon, duck, goose, hot dogs, hamburgers, red meat, grilled meat, and liver.

SEEDS AND NUTS

CONSUME

Pumpkin seed, flaxseed, peanuts, sesame seeds, prunes, figs, and dried apricots.

DO NOT CONSUME

Cashews, pistachios and raisins.
